It has come to our attention that an entity operating under the name “8 Capital Fund” has been fraudulently representing, holding out, or otherwise misleading the public into believing that it is associated with, endorsed by, or connected to 8 Capital.

8 Capital has no relationship whatsoever with the said entity. 8 Capital does not authorise, approve, administer, or offer any products, services, investment opportunities, or communications issued by “8 Capital Fund”. Any such representations are false and unauthorised.

Members of the public are strongly advised:

1.       Not to rely on, engage with, or respond to any communications, solicitations, website, social media accounts, or investment materials bearing the name “8 Capital Fund”, or purporting to be connected with 8 Capital.
